About Michael Gunning

Washington Estate Planning Attorney

Michael Gunning has been with Moulton Law Offices, P.S., since 2004. Mr. Gunning did his undergraduate work at Eastern Washington University where he graduated with a degree in Economics. Mr. Gunning then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate Degree from Gonzaga University Law School.

Mr. Gunning was admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Washington, United States Federal Court and the Veteran's Administration (VA Accredited Attorney). He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association as well as the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. Mr. Gunning is also a Registered Financial Consultant. He is currently working towards obtaining the designation of Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Gunning’s practice is focused primarily on estate planning for the people and families that come into our firm. He loves meeting and working with clients to help them grasp opportunities to avoid potential conflict or difficulties that may arise in the future.

Mr. Gunning is a husband and a father of five wonderful children. He enjoys watching Gonzaga basketball games and plays an occasional round of golf.
